Order and Delivery Information

In line with the requirements of ISO 9002 all orders must be received in written form, either by e-mail, fax, post or your account on this website. The following information has to be included with every order:

• Official Order Number
• Invoice and delivery address
• Model number and specifications of the products
• Type of carriage required

It is essential that clear and precise specifications are written on the purchase order so that we can understand your order and advise on any possible discrepancies.

Delivery Charges

All orders are subject to a delivery charge. Time required, weight of consignment and destination will determine the cost. Below are some indications of the prices and the service we offer. Please Note: These times are based on orders being received before 12.00 Noon and product being in stock.

1. Standard Service: 72 hours is £10.00 per consignment up to 25 kilos
   (every additional parcel up to 25 kilos add £5.00)
2. Next Day: £15.00 per consignment up to 25 kilos
   (every additional parcel up to 25 kilos add £5.00)
3. Before Noon: Price on application

All orders are accepted in accordance to Autometers Systems Terms and conditions 2006 which is located on page 15 at the rear of the price list. Please note we operate a non return policy on all items where the individual product value is less than £50.00. Any exceptions to this rule must be agreed in writing from Autometers Systems Ltd.
