Ring Type Split Core

The RTCT range of tape insulated current transformers, is a current transformer which has been designed to open into two halves. The benefit of this is that it can be placed into position easily with out the disconnection of the main cables it is monitoring.The tape enables the current transformer to be manufactured smaller and can be more suitable in confined areas.
