The AR-1 is a small and compact moulded case current transformer designed to be used in close proximity to the electricity meter. A high grade iron core enables the accuracy to be maintained over the full range of current it is monitoring.

This enables the AR range of current transformers to be fitted into small metering cubicles.

Before fitting any current transformers the circuit must be totally isolated. Under no circumstances should you try and install current transformers to a live circuit.
