An electronic device capable of accepting up to 16 utility meters with a volt free pulse outputs. The HCC uses Can bus (Can-open protocol) technology which enables up to 127 HCC collectors to be connected to a single local area network, which is then connected to a Horizon HC1 data Logger.
This enables over 2000 Pulse devices to be connected to a single point of monitoring. Inputs are all individually programmable and can be set to various pulse values. For Day/Night monitoring inputs can be set to a two rate tariff if required.
