Telephone support during Office Hours 08:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri). The service includes inspection and repair of returned to base Horizon HC1 Collectors with fault report and return carriage.
We also include site attendance to establish and rectify if telephone assistance does not identify any problems. Attendance within 1 Working Week. Software upgrades on attendance are part of this package.
